The Nucleus

We are The Nucleus. A committed team who strives to build mental resilience through optimism and disrupt mental health stigmas. The Synergy starts here.

Chazz Scott, Executive Director, Chief Creative Optimist

While attending Hampton University, Chazz read The Power of Positive Thinking by Dr. Norman Vincent Peale, which changed his life forever. After reading the book, Chazz realized the importance of altering your thinking to improve one's overall wellbeing and success in life. He believed in the message so much that he desperately wanted to provide youth the very same tools, thus birthing Positively Caviar, Inc. Chazz spends much of his time studying the mind and body connection and enjoys running marathons across the country.

Meet the Founder of Positively Caviar, Inc, Chazz Scott, as he speaks about the importance of believing in yourself and how critical it is to pass down the knowledge of what we learn to the next generation behind us.

His unwavering determination for making a difference in communities has contributed to him being named a BE Modern Man by Black Enterprise Magazine, Top 30 Under 30 by HBCU Buzz, and a recipient of The Positive People Award by The Baltimore Times.

Chazz is an accomplished cyber defense technologist and holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.S. degree in Cybersecurity from Hampton University.

Nikki Abraham, Co-Founder, Chief Creative Marketing Officer

To the government she goes by Antoinique but to everyone else she is known as Nikki! Her smile is infectious, her drive in admirable, and her growth is relentless.

Her foundation was set in the 4 square mile city of Mount Vernon, New York. Growing up in a large household she always valued the importance of the little things such as showing generosity and having a support system. Dealing with adversity from hardships, loss and financial restraints taught her the true definition of obtaining mental resilience.

Meet our Co-Founder & Creative Director, Nikki Abraham, as she speaks about how she stay's positive through times of adversity in her life. Additionally, she speaks from the heart about how an NYC homeless man continues to inspire her each and every day.

As a graduate of Hampton University Scripps Howard School of Journalism and Communications (Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations), she learned the ins and outs of what it meant to connect with people and be a great communicator. One of her proudest moments during her time in undergrad was being initiated as a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. which allowed her to continue her innate desire of building sisterhood and providing service to the community.

Following graduation, she landed a job that was way outside of her field but that didn’t stop her from achieving her dreams. As a risk taker, she cut her hours to work part time as an unpaid intern for a top beauty public relations agency where she was eventually hired to come on board as a full-time employee – and the rest is history.

Nikki currently works with high profile accounts at a major beauty PR agency in NYC. As a storyteller, brand builder she takes pride in building valuable media relationships and strong client management skills and with a desire to see her brands thrive.

As a Co-founder & Marketing Director of Positively Caviar, Inc, she also takes pride in helping others flourish through positivity and optimism in their daily lives.
